|Joined PetroRio as the Operations Director in 2014. He was both the Financial and Investor Relations Director for OGX Oil and Gas. He was also the Financial Director for OSX, in the shipping and offshore area. Held various positions at ALL, including Operations Director and Executive Director – Argentina. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from USP – São Carlos, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.|

|Francilmar held several positions since joining the Company, such as Well Engineer, Drilling Manager and Operations Manager. He is a professional with over 16 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry who has actively participated in PetroRio’s turnaround. He was also responsible for the 2016 workover and the successful 2018 drilling campaign, both of which took place in Polvo Field. Before joining PetroRio, Francilmar held the position of Rig Manager at Perbras – Empresa Brasileira de Perfuração.
Francilmar has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFPB where he also studied Business Administration. He also has specialization in Petroleum Engineering from UNP and an MBA in Project Management from FGV.

|George joined the Company in April 2017, holding the position of Investor Relations Manager until elected as IRO.
He has held several senior positions in companies such as White Martins, PwC and was Investor Relations at Wilson Sons before becoming Controller and legal representative for Swire Pacific Offshore in Brazil.
George has a degree in Business Administration from PUC-Rio and an MSc. in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom.

|Helio Costa – Former Minister of Communications of Brasil and Senator. Mr. Costa has been in journalism business for about 55 years and is an expert in the areas of broadcasting and communications. Went to the United States in 1967, to work as a translator and journalist at the international radio The Voice of America, in Washington. His last position with the US government was “communication specialist”. He studied Arts and Sciences at the University of Maryland, Foreign Correspondent at Catholic University in Washington and was a lecturer in communications at Pace University at the invitation of Professor Jordan Young. In 1972 he was hired as a foreign correspondent and later Chief of The New York News Bureau of Globo Televison Network the fourth largest TV network in the world. He lived in London and Paris during the deployment of Bureaus of Globo TV Network in Europe. As a journalist he has received several awards including the League of Women’s Voters of New York and The World Press Association. In Brazil was elected four consecutive years as the best communicator on TV and Radio. In 1986 he returned to Brazil to run for Congress. In 1998 he was reelected. In 2002 he was elected a Federal Senator in the State of Minas Gerais. In 2005 the president of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, invited him to be the Country’s Ministry of Communications. He implanted broadband Internet in all public schools. After observing a period of one year quarantine required for those leaving the government Mr. Costa works with a consulting company, Thelson Communication and Consulting, based in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.|

|Roberto Portella – Graduated as electrical engineer by Polytechnic School of the Federal University of Bahia, in 1963. Mr. Lima was an engineer at General Electric and at Electricity Company of Bahia (Coelba), where he was Head of Operation and Maintenance Division. He was elected federal deputy at Bahia, served five consecutive terms. In 1985, he became PCdoB´s Leader of the House of Representatives, a position he held for eleven non-consecutive years. In 2003 he was appointed by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva for an Officer Position at National Agency of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Became an Officer of ANP in 2003 and General Officer in 2005, and was reappointed in 2007. He was Officer of the ANP for eight years. He published several books and studies related to exercised activities, including the book “Petroleum in Brazil.”|
